ORDERING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:


WE INVITE AND WELCOME ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS IN MOST EVERY COUNTRY OF THE WORLD. How ever, due to the Customs regulations being different in each Country, we cannot normally ship to the following Countries, Germany, France, Finland, Norway, Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria, India, Yemen, and Indonesia. If you have any questions as to whether the product you are wanting to order will be allowed in your Country, we URGE you to check in advance with your Customs to see whether the product(s) you are wanting can be shipped into your Country. We are listing a few things of interest, so please read and if you have any questions, please get in touch with us PRIOR to placing your order.

BE SURE AND CLICK ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND THE SHIPPING COST TO YOUR COUNTRY WILL APPEAR ON THE ORDER FORM, BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR ORDER TO US. Customers ordering from,--Australia, Denmark, New Zealand,you may be required to pay an import duty. Taiwan, Your order may be held by customs, and You may need an import license (Taiwan) . Please order with caution.

Customers wishing to order from ( Canada, The U.K., Ireland, Netherlands,New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, Israel) SO FAR, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE SHIPPING INTO ANY OF THESE COUNTRIES. Customers living in Mexico Unfortunately, effective SEPTEMBER 2003, due to customs problems, we no longer ship to Your Country.
Countries not listed (other than GERMANY & ITALY), we still may be able to ship our products into your Country, please check prior to placing your order. Customers living in Europe:
If you know someone in the U.K., Netherlands, or Switzerland, you may ask us to ship your order to them by filling out the ship to, on our order form.
Customers living in Mexico: We can ship your order to any address in the U.S., and then you can arrange to pick it up, or have some one bring it to you.
Import Taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, local taxes of any kind etc. These charges ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF OUR PRICES, OR SHIPPING CHARGES..

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION:

International Customers ordering for the first time from CRAFTY CRAFTERS MAY BE REQUIRED, ( depending on the size of the order ) to do a BANK to BANK transfer of funds, or may be asked to show proof of card ownership. Please note that, unlike with the credit card purchases originating within the U.S., we can't verify your address electronically or through the phone, so this extra step may be necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once The requested Credit Card Information has been received and verified, Your order will be shipped. Please note that this requirement is only for International Customers ordering for the first time. If you have ordered from us before, you don't need to fax us your credit card information. Note: If you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document. All we need is your credit card company's Logo and address, your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card.

Shipping Restrictions:
It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that YOU are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, and providing the item (s) are in a resaleable condition, we will refund 90% of the purchase price, less any and all shipping charges to your credit card, PLUS any other charges incurred, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. PLEASE check with your country's customs officials to make sure you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.


RETURN POLICY




OUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

We only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or damaged and that has not been store tagged . ALL returns must be pre-approved by our office. ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WHICH REQUIRES A SIGNATURE THAT IS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED A 25% PROCESSING AND RE-STOCKING FEE. A written request for returned merchandised must be emailed to our office before the merchandise is returned . This request must list in detail the merchandise to be returned and the reason for the return and certify that it is in perfect condition for resale. A Merchandise RETURN NUMBER will be issued by our office. That number must accompany the specific returned merchandise. A 25% re-stocking charge will be deducted. SHIPPING CHARGES CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. We only accept merchandise for CREDIT. NO CASH REIMBURSEMENT is made. No merchandise is accepted for return after 30 days following the original date of shipping.
